     Information sharing meeting. Because    
     goal of this meeting is making the    
     speakers share information with the 
     attendees. Visual communication tools,  
     like slides and videos, are powerful tools      for making the shared information
     memorable.
   
Does it refer to effective meeting?
  
No, there are some reasons as follows:
1. There is no agreement and decision in 
    the meeting. The most important part of       the meeting is to make a decision, but in       this meeting there is no decision.
2. There are many people who are 
    attending the meeting. The effective 
    meeting should limits the number of       
    people to make significant decision.
3. Because of many people in the meeting, it     causes only a few of them who    
    participates.
